A: We have recently shifted our primary focus to collaborating with global interior design firms, so we no longer operate a retail showroom in Hong Kong. However, we still value our retail customers! While we do not have full furniture pieces on display, we can arrange for you to view material samples for our new collections.

A: Our clearance items are stored at our Hong Kong warehouse. If you see something you like on our [Clearance Page], you can book a viewing appointment directly with our warehouse team via WhatsApp. Please note that warehouse visits are strictly by appointment only.

A: Because our wooden products are crafted rather than molded, each piece is unique and may have a dimension deviation of +/- 2 cm. Wood grains and colors may also vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you have concerns about the exact finish of a new collection item, please contact us to arrange a material sample viewing before placing your order.
