Return Policy (Hong Kong)
We want you to love your EMOH purchase! But if it’s not quite right, don’t worry—you can return any item (except customized pieces) within 2 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original condition.
Please fill in the return from to process the return. Instead of a refund, we’ll provide you with a credit note with no expiration date, giving you the flexibility to choose something else that suits your space better.
A return fee of HK$800 per piece will be deducted from your credit. Additionally, any assembly fees, staircase fees, and delivery fees will also be deducted.
Returned goods must be UNUSED and in RE-SALEABLE condition. The item must have all its original packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not responsible for liabilities during the return.
Alternatively you may bring items back to our warehouse location if you do not wish to have $800 deduction: Unit J, 13/F, Block A, Marvel Industrial Building, No. 25-31 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, N.T.
An onsite inspection would be arranged on the pick up day to make sure no damage or scratches on the return items. Any defective item is INVALID to apply for Exchange policy.

Return Window: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Conditions for Return: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order number or email confirmation).

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping costs) as required by consumer protection laws.

Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items: We will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
